If there’s one dental event that blends cutting-edge innovation with hands-on learning and Vegas-level entertainment, it’s DS World Las Vegas. Hosted by Dentsply Sirona, this three-day event—running Sept. 25 to 27, 2025—returns to the MGM Grand with more than 65 clinical and practice-focused courses, eight new conference tracks, and exciting product launches.

“DS World 2025 will help equip dental professionals—whether they’re seasoned in digital dentistry or just starting out—with the tools and knowledge to thrive in a connected, technology-driven environment,” says Bruce Peatey, group vice-president for the Americas at Dentsply Sirona.

Here’s a closer look at what dental professionals can expect:

1. Specialized learning paths tailored to career stage

Whether you’re fresh out of dental school or deep into specialty practice, DS World’s new Specialized Learning Paths aim to meet you where you’re at. Attendees can choose sessions from eight Conference Tracks and six Clinical Pathways. Highlights include:

  • The New Dentist: Practical tips for those starting out
  • DS Digital Dentist: Advanced courses in digital workflows
  • Dental Specialist: Strategy and leadership insights for specialists
  • Education with CDOCS: Best practices for CEREC, CAD/CAM and implants

2. CE credits—with practical takeaways

Participants can earn up to 10.5 continuing education credits, with many sessions designed to offer immediately applicable skills—whether it’s improving workflow, enhancing diagnostics, or making procedures more efficient.

3. DS Core platform and tech demos

A major focus this year is Connected Dentistry, powered by the DS Core platform—a system designed to improve efficiency, communication and collaboration. One standout: Primescan 2, the world’s first cloud-native intraoral scanner, which allows direct-to-cloud imaging from nearly anywhere.

4. Celebrating 40 years of CEREC

This year marks a major milestone in digital dentistry: the 40th anniversary of CEREC. Expect a look back at the innovations that transformed chairside restorations, along with a look forward—through new tools and techniques set to shape the next decade.

5. Global networking, Vegas-style

Beyond the classroom, DS World is known for its dynamic social events and global networking opportunities. Attendees can connect with colleagues, explore vendor exhibits, and get a sneak peek at products being unveiled for the first time—many of which may reshape clinical care in years to come.
